Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website aspirenaturopathicmedicine.com (the “Site”) or opting into the mobile messaging program operated by Chelsea Roodvoets, PLLC dba Aspire Naturopathic Medicine (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our Site or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Mobile Messaging Program

Aspire Naturopathic Medicine offers an optional mobile messaging program to communicate with patients and prospective patients regarding their healthcare needs. If you consent to receive SMS messages from Aspire Naturopathic Medicine, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

  • Appointment reminders: Reminders about upcoming appointments, scheduling confirmations, and rescheduling notifications.
  • Informational messages: Health information relevant to your care, practice updates, and important notices from Dr. Roodvoets.
  • Conversational messages: Direct responses to your inquiries about our services, appointment availability, or care-related questions.
  • Practice updates: Changes to practice policies, new services, or other relevant practice information.

Aspire Naturopathic Medicine does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing SMS messages. All messages are related to your care or your relationship with our practice.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Aspire Naturopathic Medicine by:

Mobile carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Aspire Naturopathic Medicine is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or device.

SMS messaging through Aspire Naturopathic Medicine is not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. For urgent non-emergency needs, please contact your nearest urgent care facility. Do not use SMS to communicate urgent health concerns.
