“I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the wellness world, but my path to naturopathic medicine was always about one thing: helping people truly heal.”
I graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, one of Arizona’s own naturopathic medical schools, and have been practicing as a licensed naturopathic physician for 7 years. In that time I’ve learned that people don’t just want to feel better. They want to understand why they felt bad in the first place, and they want a doctor who actually listens.
That’s what I’m here for.
I believe your body has an innate intelligence that wants to heal. My job is to find what’s getting in the way and give you the tools, the knowledge, and the support to remove it. Whether that’s through homeopathy, clinical nutrition, GLP-1 medicine, prescriptive care, or simply finally having a doctor who sees the whole picture, I’m in your corner.
When I’m not seeing patients, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking for my family, on my yoga mat, making music, or chasing around my three sons. I bring that same energy, grounded, real, and fully present, to every patient I work with.

Aspire Naturopathic Medicine is a cash-pay practice. I believe you should know exactly what care costs before you commit. Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.

GLP-1 medication note. Medication is prescribed to Strive Pharmacy, an Arizona compounding pharmacy, and purchased directly by patients. Pricing ranges from $90 to $187.50 per vial depending on dose.

Yes. Dr. Roodvoets sees pediatric patients for general naturopathic care. GLP-1 management is for adults only. All pediatric patients should maintain their relationship with a primary care pediatrician for well child visits and recommendations.
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct system of whole person medicine that combines modern medical science with traditional healing practices. Licensed naturopathic physicians in Arizona complete four years of graduate medical training and are licensed to diagnose, treat, and prescribe.
Yes. Dr. Roodvoets holds prescriptive authority in Arizona and can prescribe medications within the naturopathic formulary, including semaglutide, B12, and other medications appropriate to your care. No controlled substances are prescribed.
